Agile or Waterfall?

Planning is available in both Agile and Waterfall models. However, the planning approaches of these models are different from each other. While the Waterfall model plans every detail step by step and long-term; there are short-term plans in the agile model.
Because, according to the Agile approach, changes can be made during the project process. Not every stage is as clear as in the Waterfall model.

In the waterfall model, a successive task sequence is created. Each phase is a continuation of the previous one. There is no such order in the Agile project management process. How the project will progress may change over time.

Both models are examined in detail. However, while these reviews are carried out regularly after the completion of each stage in the Waterfall model, the review is carried out in the Agile approach model through the resulting products and interviews with the customers.
